Short answer: Jack's Flight Club is a paid subscription that emails you discounted flight deals, and it can be worth it for a Canadian who acts on those emails fast. Like the other deal-email services it stops at the flight: it does not book for you, plan your days or budget your hotels. Below is what it costs in Canadian dollars, what members get, where it wins, and the alternatives if you want more than a fare alert.
Same rows on every page, so you can compare across our comparisons. Competitor facts are from each company's own site; the date under each cell is when we checked it.

The catch: we don't send fare alerts and there's no mobile app. We publish finished trips, not route watchers. If you want to track one specific route yourself, a free tool does that better than we do.
Here is what we actually sell, stated plainly: we take a cheap flight from a Canadian airport and publish the finished 5-10 day trip around it. Real hotel options with nightly prices, a day-by-day plan, and an itemized per-person budget for food and local transit. A person checks every package before it goes up. What we do not do: fare alerts and a mobile app. If you want to watch one specific route, use a free tool for that half.
Rigorous deal vetting before alerts go out: Going only sends deals it deems exceptional after factoring in taxes, bag fees and add-ons, and it screens for reasonable layovers and airline quality.
The catch: The free Limited tier only includes domestic economy deals from the continental US; deals to Hawaii and Alaska, international deals, Mistake Fares, and custom Flight Alerts require a paid Premium or Elite membership.
Offers a free-forever Basic plan that already includes 1-3 flight deals per week from one departure airport, alongside two paid tiers.
The catch: SMS alerts, premium/business-class deals and partner perks are limited to the $99/year Premium+ tier; international flights and mistake fares require at least the paid $69/year Premium tier (Basic is domestic-only).
Personalization plus breadth: members get instant email alerts only from their preferred home airports, with coverage across 200+ U.S. and Canadian departure cities, including points & miles deals.
The catch: The free tier ('Limited') receives the same deal alerts 24 hours later than paid Premium/Premium+ members, who get them instantly.
It tracks members' chosen home airports and routes and notifies them of the best deals, so they don't have to search themselves.
The catch: The free plan is limited to economy flight fare alerts within the US, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean; premium cabins and worldwide deals require a paid plan.
Strong price-comparison and tracking tools: date grid, price graph, price insights/history, and price-drop alerts for tracked routes.
The catch: Displayed fares exclude optional charges and bag fees, which may apply on top of the shown price.
Deal emails are its whole product and it has a track record of finding fares people actually book. If your trips start with a spotted deal rather than a chosen destination, that is exactly the tool for you.
It also wins on deal breadth against us, for the same reason as every alert service: we spend person-hours checking one finished trip, they push out every deal they find. More alerts, less plan. Pick which one you are shopping for.
Where we lose: we don't send fare alerts, we don't cover every route, and we publish fewer items per week than any deal-email service. If your question is "watch my route", we are not your answer.
Live from our trip list, same packages anyone can browse on /trips. These are the finished plans the comparison above keeps referring to.

If you book the deals it sends, one good fare can cover the year's subscription. If you wanted hotels, a day-by-day plan and a total budget, it does not sell that. What it states about Canadian airports is in the table with the date we checked.
Its plans and current prices are in the table above, in Canadian dollars with the date we checked. Prices move, so confirm on its own site.
Only what its own site states is in the table, with the date we checked. We do not infer coverage a provider does not claim.
It sends deals and you book the flight yourself. Hotels, itinerary and ground costs are not part of what it sells, per its own site.
For more deal emails, Going and Dollar Flight Club are the direct peers. For the whole trip planned, that is our product. For free searching, Google Flights. Each entry above carries its catch.
