Every new Pro member gets a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends — from your account page — and you pay nothing at all.
Once the trial ends and your first payment goes through, that payment is final — we don't offer refunds for time already paid for, whether you used the site during that period or not. This is a $39/year or $5/month subscription, low enough that we keep the policy simple rather than handling partial-period refund requests case by case.
You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals — you are not charged again — but you keep full Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. There's no partial refund for the unused part of that period.
If you were charged in error, charged after already cancelling, or something on our end genuinely failed, email chatteswork@gmail.com and we'll sort it out — this policy is about routine "I changed my mind" cancellations, not billing mistakes.
