EhBudgetTravels (ehbudgettravels.com) is operated by Sourav Chatterjee, a sole proprietor based in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). These terms cover your use of the site and the Pro subscription. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
Each week we pick a cheap flight deal, price real hotels for it, and put together a day-by-day trip plan with a budget breakdown. A human reviews every plan before it's published — we don't publish anything an AI wrote unchecked. Free visitors can see a preview of each plan. Pro members can see the full plan: every day, the real hotel options, the full budget, and booking links.
Flight and hotel prices move. What we publish was accurate when we checked it, and we tell you when that was, but you must confirm the price yourself before you book. We are not a travel agency and we don't book anything on your behalf — every booking link takes you to the airline, Google Flights, Kayak, or Booking.com's own site, and your booking is a contract between you and them, not us.
You need an account to unlock a plan, and you must be at least 18 (or the age of legal majority where you live) to hold one, since it involves a paid subscription. We sign you in with a one-time magic link sent to your email — there's no password to manage or lose. Keep access to that email address secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
Pro is $39/year or $5/month (in CAD, taxes where applicable extra), billed by Stripe. New members get a 30-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial; if none is on file when the trial ends, your subscription is cancelled automatically and you are not charged. Otherwise, billing starts at the end of the trial and renews automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel any time from your account page — it opens Stripe's own billing portal, where you can also update your card and see past invoices. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. See our Refund Policy for the details on what happens to a payment already made.
Don't share your Pro login so others can access plans without subscribing, scrape or bulk-copy the site's content, or use the site for anything illegal. We can suspend or close an account that does this.
Trip plans are drafted with AI assistance and checked by a human reviewer before publishing, but travel conditions, opening hours, and local rules change — we can't guarantee every detail stays current after the plan is published. Use your own judgement, especially for anything safety-related.
The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (like a missed connection or a cancelled booking) arising from your use of the site or a plan we published. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
We may update these terms as the site grows; we'll update the date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
