Bucharest in October: budget week plan

Expect cool, damp weather with regular rain, so pack a waterproof layer and good shoes. Food is safe to eat anywhere, cards work almost everywhere, but English is weak outside the center, so carry a translation app. Tap water isn't drinkable, stick to bottled.
